GAHA is a volunteer run organization and needs you to volunteer in order for our association to be as successful as possible. We need you!
USA Hockey’s SafeSport rules again require Locker Room Attendants. If parents do not step forward in this role, GAHA and the arena will not be able to provide a locker room for the players. Please visit the Coach/Volunteer page of the website for more information. Female locker room attendants are not allowed for the Squirt, Peewee, and Bantam levels.
The monthly board meetings are the held the first Tuesday of the month at the Nyberg Community Center; meetings start at 6 p.m. We encourage our member families to attend these meetings. Important discussions are held and decisions are made that impact all members of the association. Your input is important! As an added bonus, you will receive volunteer hours for the meetings you attend.
Please register with USA Hockey as a volunteer (free for off-ice volunteers) and complete the GAHA volunteer form below.
All coaches must talk to Pat Guyer before starting to complete these requirements and on-ice helpers must talk with GAHA's registrar before staring to complete the requirements.
There is a limit of TWO coaches and ONE helper per team at squirt, peewee and bantam levels. Mini-Mites and Mites will be based on the number of players registered.
